I ordered a Raynor Garage Door and opener from Doormasters on April 5, 2007 and needed to have it installed by a specific deadline. During the intervening time period prior to installation, Doormasters kept me apprised of the delivery and installation schedule to ensure my deadline was met. We set a date and time for installation and Doormasters was there on-time with knowledgeable installers. I’ve got to put in a plug for Mike and James, the Doormasters’ installers, as they were as courteous and competent as a customer can expect. They worked hard, finished on schedule and cleaned up behind themselves to the extent I didn’t even have to bring the broom out myself.
Doormasters is one of the very few companies I have dealt with over the last couple of years that actually performed in the manner I expected - you walked me through the process to select the right products for my needs; you kept me informed; you showed up on time; you had quality personnel; you did an excellent job; you installed a quality product; you have committed to stand behind your work; and in short: you did what you said you were going to do. I can’t ask for anything more.
